Role: Security Design Engineer
Location: Remote with some UK, EMEA travel.
We are working in partnership with an award-winning security engineering company who design, build and manage enterprise-level security systems for their clients globally. We are recruiting for a Security Design Engineer to join their team due growth and new contract wins. This role will be a remote position day-to-day with some expected travel across the UK, EMEA.

We are recruiting for a Security Design Engineer to join their team due growth and new contract wins. This role will be a remote position day-to-day with some expected travel across the UK, EMEA.
- Preparing electronic security designs in line with standards for global clients in multiple time zones.
- Technical design of security systems, including layout plans, hardware specifications and integration requirements.
- Conducting site surveys where applicable.
- Quoting, estimating on values up to £2m.
- Collaborate with internal applications team and/or systems integrators to allow delivery of systems programming and testing and commissioning of installed systems
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Security Design Engineer, either for an Integrator or Consultancy.
- Experience working with enterpriselevel Access Controls systems such as C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec etc.
