Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the fire and security division.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
- Lead and support operational teams to maintain excellent customer service and performance.
Experience and Certifications required:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
- Experience managing operations within the fire and security sector.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
