Job Title: Key Account Manager
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: £45,000 + 10% Bonus
Are you a Key Account Manager based in Oxfordshire looking for your next opportunity? As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts within the fire and security sector, building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to develop revenue across a range of fire, intruder, CCTV, and access control solutions. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fire and security solutions to its customers.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for clients across the fire and security sector.
* Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell fire and security products and services to existing customers.
* Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and quotations in response to client requirements.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across your account base.
* Work closely with technical and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Monitor account performance, produce regular reports, and develop strategies to achieve revenue and retention targets.
Experience and Certifications required:
* Proven experience in a key account management or technical sales role within fire and security, or a background as a fire and security engineer looking to move into a client-facing position.
* Strong working knowledge of fire and security systems, including fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and meet or exceed revenue targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
* FIA Fire Industry Competency qualification (desirable).
