Job Title: Key Account Manager (Fire Systems)
Location: Surrey / M25 Corridor
Salary: From £50,000 to £55,000 per annum
Are you a Key Account Manager based in the Surrey / M25 Corridor looking to drive growth and build long-term client relationships? As a Key Account Manager (Fire Systems), you will be responsible for developing existing accounts, securing new maintenance contracts, and delivering compliant fire system solutions. You will be working for a well-established and growing fire and security provider with a strong reputation across the UK.
Responsibilities:
● Achieve sales targets by winning new maintenance contracts and growing existing accounts
● Build and manage relationships with FM providers and key clients to secure preferred supplier status
● Lead tenders and proposals, including portal-based opportunities, through to successful conversion
● Develop and manage a strong pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM management
● Collaborate across the wider business to drive cross-selling and maximise service offering
Experience and Certifications required:
● A minimum of several years’ experience in a similar role within fire systems
● Strong hands-on background in fire alarm systems
● Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development
● Commercially driven with the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities
● Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
● Highly organised with strong time management and IT skills, including experience conducting site surveys
