Job Title: Fire Project Manager
Location: London (Kent & Central London Projects)
Rate: £400–£450 per day
Duration: 6-month contract
Are you an experienced Fire Project Manager looking for your next contract in London? Technical Resources are recruiting for a Fire Project Manager to oversee multiple Fire Safety projects across commercial office sites throughout Kent and Central London. You'll be responsible for managing projects from planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget for a leading specialist in the fire safety sector.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Manage multiple Fire Safety projects across commercial office environments.
- Oversee all project stages from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with building and fire safety regulations.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors and stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure project documentation, reporting and milestones are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with design, compliance and installation teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Work across multiple live projects, typically managing 2–3 sites simultaneously under JCT contracts.
Experience required:
- Proven experience managing Fire Safety or Fire Protection construction projects.
- Strong knowledge and experience of JCT contracts.
- Experience managing multiple live construction projects simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- Valid CSCS or ECS Card (essential).
- SMSTS or SSSTS (highly beneficial).
- Must be able to begin BS7858 security vetting prior to the start date.
