Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: Liverpool
Rate: £240 per day
Are you a Fire and Security Service Engineer based in Liverpool looking for your next contract opportunity? As a Fire and Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and remedial works of fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems across a variety of commercial and residential sites. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fire and security solutions to its customers.
Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance on fire alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV, and access control systems.
* Diagnose and resolve faults across a range of fire and security systems, completing remedial works to the required standard.
* Produce accurate service reports and maintain up-to-date records of all works completed on site.
* Liaise with site contacts and clients professionally, keeping them informed throughout each visit.
* Ensure all works are completed in compliance with relevant industry standards and health and safety requirements.
Experience and Certifications required:
* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience servicing and maintaining fire and security systems.
* Proven experience working with fire alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV, and access control systems from a range of manufacturers.
* Ability to diagnose faults and carry out remedial works with minimal supervision.
* Full UK driving licence.
* FIA Fire Detection and Alarm Systems qualification (desirable).
* ECS/CSCS card (desirable).
