Job Title: Fibre Engineer

Rate: £220 per day
Are you a Fibre Engineer looking for your next nationwide contract role? Technical Resources is recruiting for an experienced Fibre Engineer to work on fibre installation projects across multiple sites, carrying out fibre runs, splicing support, and testing works for a specialist telecommunications client.
Description of contract/programme of works:
● Run single-mode fibre through subducts into buildings
● Carry out fibre jointing and splicing works
● Complete testing to ensure end-to-end fibre connectivity
● Work across multiple nationwide project locations
Experience required:
● A minimum of 3 years’ experience in fibre engineering
● Experience working with single-mode fibre installations
● Strong understanding of fibre testing and connectivity
● Experience working on telecoms infrastructure projects
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
● ECS/CSCS Card preferred
● Fibre splicing and testing equipment
● Hand tools and full PPE
● Full UK Driving Licence
