Job Title: EMEA Security Commissioning Engineer

Are you a Security Commissioning Engineer with experience working across EMEA looking for your next opportunity? As an EMEA Security Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for the commissioning, testing, and handover of security systems across multiple sites throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, working on a range of projects including access control, CCTV, intruder detection, and integrated security solutions for commercial, critical infrastructure, and enterprise clients. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality security solutions to its customers.
Responsibilities:
* Commission, test, and validate security systems including access control, CCTV, and intruder detection across multiple EMEA sites.
* Carry out system integration and configuration in line with project specifications and client requirements.
* Conduct site acceptance testing (SAT) and produce accurate commissioning documentation and handover packs.
* Liaise with project managers, clients, and third-party contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required standard.
* Identify and resolve technical faults during the commissioning phase, escalating where necessary.
* Support the training and handover process with end users and site teams upon project completion.
Experience and Certifications required:
* Minimum 3 years' experience commissioning security systems in a similar field-based role.
* Demonstrable experience with leading access control and CCTV platforms such as Lenel, Genetec, Milestone, Honeywell, or Bosch.
* Experience working on multi-site or international projects, ideally across EMEA regions.
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across integrated security systems.
* Full UK driving licence.
* FIA membership or equivalent industry qualification (desirable).
* CSCS/ECS card (desirable).
