Job Title: EMEA Security Commissioning Engineer

Are you an EMEA Security Commissioning Engineer looking for your next opportunity? As an EMEA Security Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for the commissioning, testing, and handover of security systems across multiple countries and sites throughout the EMEA region, working with a range of end clients including commercial, critical infrastructure, and enterprise environments. Responsibilities:
* Commission, configure, and test security systems including access control, CCTV, and intruder detection across EMEA sites.
* Carry out site surveys and produce commissioning documentation, test records, and handover packs to the required standard.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers throughout the commissioning process to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Identify and resolve technical faults and snagging issues, escalating where necessary to ensure timely resolution.
* Ensure all installations and commissioned systems meet relevant industry standards, client specifications, and regional regulatory requirements.
* Provide on-site technical support and guidance to installation teams during the commissioning phase.
Experience and Certifications required:
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience commissioning security systems in a field-based or project environment.
* Hands-on experience with leading access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm platforms such as Lenel, Genetec, Milestone, Honeywell, or Bosch.
* Proven experience working across multiple countries or international project environments, ideally within the EMEA region.
* Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the EMEA region.
* FIA membership or equivalent industry qualification (desirable).
* ECS Gold Card or relevant security industry certification (desirable).
