Job Title: Embedded Security Project Manager
Location: London
Salary: £75k + Bonus + Car Allowance

Are you an Embedded Security Project Manager based in London looking for your next opportunity? As an Embedded Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of security system installations and integration projects across commercial, residential, and critical infrastructure sites, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality security solutions to its customers.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the full project lifecycle for embedded security installations, including access control, CCTV, intruder detection, and integrated systems, from initiation through to handover.
* Manage project programmes, budgets, and resources, ensuring all milestones are met and any risks or issues are proactively identified and resolved.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout project delivery.
* Coordinate subcontractors and site teams, ensuring all works are carried out safely, compliantly, and in line with project specifications.
* Produce and maintain project documentation including programmes, risk registers, method statements, and progress reports.
* Support the pre-construction and tender process by contributing to project planning, scheduling, and cost management activities.

Experience and Certifications required:

* Proven experience of at least 5 years managing security system projects, with a strong understanding of access control, CCTV, intruder alarm, and integrated security technologies.
* Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across varying scales and complexities.
* Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets and subcontractor relationships.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience liaising at client and senior management level.
* Full UK driving licence.
* SMSTS or PMP/Prince2 qualification (desirable).
* FIA membership or NSI/SSAIB-recognised project management experience (desirable).
