Job Title: Embedded Security Engineer / Applications Engineer

Are you an Embedded Security Engineer / Applications Engineer based in London looking for your next opportunity? As an Embedded Security Engineer / Applications Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, and deployment of integrated security systems across a range of commercial, corporate, and high-profile sites. You will work closely with clients and project teams to ensure security platforms are delivered to specification and perform reliably in live environments. Responsibilities:
* Configure and commission access control and security management systems to project requirements.
* Develop and maintain system applications, integrations, and workflows within security platforms.
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for installed security systems throughout the project lifecycle.
* Liaise with clients and engineers on-site to ensure systems are delivered, tested, and handed over to a high standard.
* Produce and maintain accurate technical documentation, including system schematics and configuration records.
* Support pre-sales and tender activity by providing technical input and solution design recommendations.
Experience and Certifications required:
* Minimum 3 years' experience working with integrated security systems in a technical or applications role.
* Hands-on experience with C-Cure access control systems, including configuration and administration.
* Proven experience with Genetec Security Centre, including system setup, integration, and fault resolution.
* Strong understanding of IP networking as it applies to security system infrastructure.
* Full UK driving licence.
* ECS Card (desirable).
* Genetec Certified Operator or Integrator accreditation (desirable).
