Job Title: Contracts Manager
Location: London
Rate: £450–£475 per day
Are you an experienced Contracts Manager based in or around London, looking to oversee high-profile Fire and Security projects? Technical Resources is recruiting for a Contracts Manager to manage a portfolio of Fire and Security projects across Central London. This is a key role requiring strong commercial awareness, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Description of contract/programme of works:
● Manage and administer contracts across multiple Fire and Security projects
● Oversee project performance to ensure delivery meets contractual, financial, and operational objectives
● Provide commercial leadership including cost control, forecasting, and risk management
● Lead and support Line Managers and Project Managers to drive project performance
● Ensure compliance with contract terms, industry standards, and company procedures
● Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships
● Identify and resolve contractual and commercial issues efficiently
● Manage multiple projects across Central London within fast-paced environments
Experience required:
● Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the Fire and Security industry
● Strong commercial management experience with budget and contract performance responsibility
● Good understanding of NEC3, NEC4, or JCT contract frameworks
● Experience managing multiple projects across London or similar urban environments
● Demonstrated leadership experience managing operational and project teams
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
● Experience working on large-scale or multi-site projects would be advantageous

● Right to Work in the UK
● Relevant industry qualifications or certifications preferred
