Job Title: Service Manager – Fire & Security

Our client is a well-established Fire and Security business (25 years in operation) in the North-West, working with a diverse range of commercial customers, including healthcare providers and local councils.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the North-West engineering team. You will manage operations, support engineers, and ensure excellent customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of up to 10 engineers, including Security Engineers
- Conduct audits of engineering work to ensure quality standards
- Liaise with clients and customers
- Provide technical support to engineers where required
- Work with the office team to maximise operational efficiency
Experience Required:
- Previous experience as a Service or Operations Manager within the Fire and Security industry
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Technical understanding of Fire and Security systems
