Job Title: Security PPM Engineer
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Salary: From £28,000 to £36,000 per annum
Are you looking for a Security PPM Engineer position working in Newcastle upon Tyne? As a Security PPM Engineer, you will be expected to carry out planned preventative maintenance on electronic security systems, ensuring systems remain fully operational, compliant and maintained to required standards. You will be working for an established security systems specialist supporting commercial client sites across the region.
Responsibilities:
● Carry out planned preventative maintenance on CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems
● Inspect, test and service security equipment in line with maintenance schedules
● Identify faults and report remedial works where required
● Complete service documentation accurately and on time
Experience and Certifications required:
● A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
● Experience of planned preventative maintenance on security systems
● Experience of testing and servicing CCTV, access control and intruder alarms
● ECS or CSCS Card preferred
● Relevant security systems experience required
