Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Midlands – Hybrid Working
Salary: £45k per annum
Are you a Marketing Manager based in the Midlands, looking to take ownership of a strategic and hands-on role within a growing Fire & Security business? As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving brand positioning, lead generation, and supporting business growth across a range of technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned with business growth targets
● Identify and target key sectors, including commercial, infrastructure, education, and public sector
● Plan and deliver lead generation campaigns across digital and offline channels
● Execute account-based marketing initiatives for key clients and opportunities
● Manage and optimise digital channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and LinkedIn
● Oversee website performance to drive engagement and conversion
● Create content including case studies, whitepapers, and technical insights
● Support sales teams with presentations, bid materials, and campaigns
● Organise and manage exhibitions, events, and industry engagement
● Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications
● Track performance metrics, analyse ROI, and report to senior leadership
Experience and Certifications required:
● A minimum of several years’ experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing role
● Strong experience in B2B or technical marketing environments
● Proven ability in digital marketing, campaign delivery, and lead generation
● Experience working closely with sales teams in a business development setting
● Excellent written communication and content creation skills
● Ability to translate technical services into clear, engaging messaging
● Highly organised, commercially aware, and results-driven
