Job Title: Fire Sprinkler Engineer
Location: Chelmsford
Rate: £230 p/day
Are you an experienced Fire Sprinkler Engineer looking for your next contract in the East of England? As a Fire Sprinkler Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and positioning fire sprinkler pipework in line with drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with relevant fire safety regulations and site standards.
Description of contract/programme of works:
● Install and position fire sprinkler pipework according to drawings and specifications
● Carry out 1st fix works, including bracketry, supports, and pipe routing within steel structures
● Measure, cut, thread, and fit pipework to required standards
● Work from technical drawings and coordinate with other trades on site
● Maintain a clean and safe working environment following health and safety guidelines
Experience required:
● Proven experience working with fire sprinkler installations
Required documentation/certifications/ tooling:
● CSCS card required
● Beneficial: IPAF, PASMA
