Job Title: Fire & Security Small Works Manager
Location: Kent
Salary: From £50,000 To £60,000 per annum
Are you a Fire & Security Small Works Manager based in Kent? Looking to take ownership of a growing division and progress your career? As a Fire & Security Small Works Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the small works division, managing engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. You will be working for a well-established and rapidly growing fire and security business.
Responsibilities:
● Managing the small works department and overseeing engineers and subcontractors
● Coordinating and delivering remedial works across fire and security systems
● Producing RAMS and arranging permits for works
● Ordering materials and managing project logistics
● Attending client meetings and maintaining strong relationships
● Conducting site visits, audits, and quality checks
● Providing technical support to engineers and clients
● Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of engineers
Experience and Certifications required:
● A minimum of several years’ experience in a similar role
● Strong technical background in fire and security systems
● Experience managing engineers and subcontractors
● Excellent organisational, communication, and client-facing skills
