Job Title: Fire and Security Senior Engineer
Location: Kent
Salary: From £38000 to £42000 per annum
As a Fire and Security Senior Engineer, you will be expected to carry out advanced fire alarm and electronic security works across commercial sites, support junior engineers, and ensure systems are installed, serviced, and fault-found to a high standard. You will be working for an established fire and security company delivering projects and maintenance across the region.
Responsibilities:
● Carry out servicing, fault finding, and installation work on fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intruder systems
● Support junior engineers with technical guidance on site
● Ensure systems are tested and operating correctly across both disciplines
● Complete job documentation and service reports accurately
Experience and Certifications required:
● A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
● Strong background in fire alarm and security service, installation, and fault finding
● Experience supporting engineers or leading works on site
● ECS / CSCS Card preferred
● FIA qualifications beneficial
