Job Title: Fire and Security PPM Engineer
Location: Sutherland
Salary: From £28000 to £36000 per annum
Are you looking for a Fire and Security PPM Engineer position working in London? As a Fire and Security PPM Engineer, you will be expected to carry out planned preventative maintenance on fire alarm and electronic security systems across commercial sites, ensuring systems remain compliant, reliable, and fully operational. You will be working for an established fire and security company supporting maintenance contracts across the region.
Responsibilities:
● Carry out planned preventative maintenance on fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems
● Inspect, test, and service systems to current standards
● Identify faults during routine maintenance visits and report findings
● Complete maintenance records and service paperwork accurately
Experience and Certifications required:
● A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
● Experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm and electronic security systems
● Strong understanding of planned maintenance schedules and compliance
● ECS / CSCS Card preferred
● FIA qualifications beneficial
