Job Title: Fire Alarm General Manager
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: £60,000–£75,000 per annum

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of the company’s operations, drive business growth, and ensure the highest standards of fire safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives
- Manage installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fire alarm systems
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting and P&L management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians and support staff
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
- Manage projects from conception to completion, including certification
- Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ management experience in fire protection or related industry
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, regulations, and industry standards
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Financial management and budgeting proficiency
- Project management and client relationship experience
