Job Title: Fire Alarm General Manager
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: £60,000–£75,000 per annum

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of the company’s operations, drive business growth, and ensure the highest standards of fire safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives
  • Manage installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fire alarm systems
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations
  • Oversee financial operations, including budgeting and P&L management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians and support staff
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
  • Manage projects from conception to completion, including certification
  • Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ management experience in fire protection or related industry
  • Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, regulations, and industry standards
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Financial management and budgeting proficiency
  • Project management and client relationship experience
