Job Title: Fire Alarm Project Manager
Location: Bedfordshire / Stevenage
Salary: From £45k To £65k per annum + Vehicle / Allowance
Are you a Fire Alarm Project Manager based in Bedfordshire or Stevenage, looking to take full ownership of your projects from design through to delivery? As a Fire Alarm Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing fire and life safety system projects end-to-end, working with a well-established specialist company delivering across a varied portfolio.
Responsibilities:
● Managing projects from handover through to completion
● Attending client and site meetings as required
● Taking ownership of Profit & Loss across projects
● Running multiple projects simultaneously
● Producing quotations and tenders from enquiries and site surveys
● Designing and pricing fire alarm systems
● Coordinating engineers and overseeing site progress
● Managing project programmes, materials, and variations
● Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout delivery
● Supporting additional systems, including PA/VA, emergency lighting, and disabled refuge
Experience and Certifications required:
● A minimum of several years’ experience in a similar role within fire alarms
● Strong background in both estimation and project delivery
● Experience managing engineers and multiple projects
● Commercial awareness with the ability to price work accurately
● Organised, proactive, and confident when dealing with clients
● A practical and solutions-driven approach
