Job Title: Fire Alarm Project Manager
Location: London
Rate: £350 per day
Are you a Fire Alarm Project Manager based in London looking to take ownership of major fire detection projects? As a Fire Alarm Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of fire detection projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be working for a company delivering large-scale fire and life safety projects across London.
Description of contract/programme of works:
● Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, delivery, and handover
● Oversee contractors and labour to ensure programme, quality, and safety targets are met
● Lead site and client meetings, providing clear updates and direction
● Produce and manage RAMS and all project documentation
● Deliver toolbox talks and promote a strong health & safety culture
● Prepare monthly progress and financial reports
● Manage projects involving Gent fire alarm systems and associated solutions
Experience required:
● A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing fire detection projects
● Strong understanding of project commercials
● Experience working within M&E or construction environments
● Experience managing fire alarm system projects
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
● ECS/CSCS Card
