Job Title: Fire Alarm PPM Engineer
Location: Manchester
Salary: From £28,000 to £36,000 per annum
Are you looking for a Fire Alarm PPM Engineer position working in Manchester? As a Fire Alarm PPM Engineer, you will be expected to carry out planned preventative maintenance on fire alarm systems, ensuring systems remain fully operational, compliant and maintained to current standards. You will be working for an established fire and security company supporting commercial client sites across the region.
Responsibilities:
● Carry out planned preventative maintenance on fire alarm systems
● Inspect, test and service fire alarm equipment in line with maintenance schedules
● Identify faults and report remedial works where required
● Complete service documentation accurately and on time
Experience and Certifications required:
● A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
● Experience of planned preventative maintenance on fire alarm systems
● Experience of testing and servicing fire alarm equipment
● ECS or CSCS Card preferred
● Relevant fire alarm experience required
