Job Title: Fire Alarm Commissioning Engineer
Location: Derbyshire
Salary: From £36,000 to £44,000 per annum
As a Fire Alarm Commissioning Engineer, you will be expected to commission fire alarm systems across commercial sites, ensuring systems are fully tested, compliant, and handed over to the required standard. You will be working for an established fire and security company delivering commissioning projects across the region.
Responsibilities:
● Commission fire alarm systems across commercial and industrial sites
● Carry out testing and verification to ensure systems operate correctly
● Identify and rectify faults during commissioning stages
● Complete commissioning documentation accurately and on time
Experience and Certifications required:
● A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
● Experience commissioning fire alarm systems
● Strong knowledge of fire alarm cause and effect testing
● ECS / CSCS Card preferred
● FIA qualifications beneficial
