Job Title: Data Cabling Engineer
Location: Northampton
Rate: £180 per day
Are you a Data Cabling Engineer based in Northampton looking for your next contract? As a Data Cabling Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out fibre installation works, including blowing fibre and installing containment systems. You will be working on-site for a reputable contractor delivering structured cabling projects.
Description of contract/programme of works:
● Blow fibre using cobra systems
● Install PVC trunking and containment
● Work with galvanised conduit where required
● Ensure installations are completed to a high standard
Experience required:
● Experience working on data cabling or fibre installation projects
● Proven experience with fibre blowing techniques
● Ability to install containment, including trunking and conduit
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
● ECS/CSCS (beneficial)
