Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: London & South East
Salary: From £50,000 to £55,000 per annum
Are you a Business Development Manager working across London & the South East? As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving service and maintenance sales across fire and life safety systems, building strong client relationships, and developing new business opportunities. You will be working for a leading multi-disciplined fire and security group, offering a collaborative environment and access to cross-selling opportunities across the wider business.
Responsibilities:
● Drive service and maintenance sales across fire and life safety systems
● Identify and secure new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline
● Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement teams and senior decision-makers
● Conduct site surveys and produce accurate proposals and quotations
● Deliver consultative sales presentations and tailored solutions
● Collaborate with internal teams to provide integrated service offerings
● Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting
Experience and Certifications required:
● A minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B field sales
● Experience within fire & security, service contracts, or technical/FM environments
● Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
● Strong understanding of fire systems
● Ability to communicate technical solutions in a commercial way
● Experience within data centres is advantageous
