Due to our expanding business we are looking for a hardworking, confident and motivated Trainee Resourcer to join the team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:-
*Selling vacancies professionally by interacting with candidates over the phone
*Utilising and updating the in-house CRM system in line with company processes
*Ensuring live vacancies are fulfilled within the deadlines given with a strong understanding of live vacancies in the team (Job Board)
*Following suitable job filling processes provided to ensure best results
*Quality & Compliance - High calibre/quality candidates supplied to customers by ensuring strict qualifying and checks in line with legal & internal compliance requirements
*Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients at all times
*Maintenance/Aftercare in compliance with company process for perm or contract
*Effective analysis provided on job filling with the ability to update the team, business & clients specifically and accurately
*Protection of fees and margins and the ability to negotiate with candidates
*Engage in end to end recruitment strategy
*Build talent pipeline of candidates
