We are looking for an experienced traffic light signalling engineer to join one of the UK's major Network service providers to assist with contracts in the Oxfordshire area. The role will involve fault rectification on a wide range of traffic signal equipment and a background in this field is a must. The role will require work outside of normal hours on a call out basis, weekend and bank holiday working will be essential to this role.

Traffic Lights Signaling Engineer
Salary: Up to £32,000 + Company Vehicle + Company Benefits (33 days holiday + corporate pension scheme + other corporate benefits)
Location: Oxford

Responsibilities include:
*Fault rectification / modification of all traffic lights signals engineer
*Ensure contract KPI's are maintained and improved.
*Ensure accurate recording of extra to contract (chargeable) works.
*Self-tasking and clearance of faults utilising the Fault Management system mobile application.
*Complete general risk assessment prior to commencement of each task on site and record in site diary.
*Maintain adequate and 'in date' personal protective equipment sufficient for all tasks undertaken and ensure that it is used as required at all times.
*Compliance with the company auditing processes and procedures in accordance with all internal and external requirements.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience
*Experience of traffic light signaling fault rectification
*Formal Qualification in electronics/telecommunications/electrical engineering OR 5 years' experience working on communications
*G39 qualified
*NRSWA or Knowledge of H&S risks and safe working practices associated with working on road network.
*National Highways Sector Scheme 8 accredited preferred
