My client is a global security systems manufacturer, leading the way in Electronic Security technology, operating in over 200 countries with a renowned market presence. They deliver innovative Intruder and Perimeter Detection products for the commercial and residential sectors.
They have a requirement for a Technical Support Team Leader to work out of the EMEA HQ in Manchester. This role will be responsible for adding leadership and quality to the technical support team and to ensure technical queries are handling successfully and efficiently. You will be required to manage all product support related issues, to take responsibility for the Tech Support team, set and manage KPIs, deal with customer complaints and escalations and to engage with installers to provide technical guidance.
The ideal candidate will come from an Electronic Security, with demonstrable leadership qualities with a thorough knowledge of Intruder and CCTV technologies. You will need a good command of cloud, networking and IP technologies, experience leading a team and ensuring quality and service delivery.
