Location: South Shields
If you want to work with a wide range of technology for an medium sized innovative solutions specialist then we want to hear from you. We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer with excellent customer service skills to provide support to external customers and field engineers. You will be working for a specialist technology company who supply a range of innovative solutions to blue chip clients including network infrastructure, electronic security and audio visual.
Working Hours: 9-5 with some flexibility to work outside these required plus out of hours call-out (support by phone).
*Technical Support of enterprise level CCTV and Access Control systems
*Support of IP Cameras and Video Management Software (VMS) - ideally Milestone
*VLAN and LAN Switching Environments
*site surveys, system design, technical documentation, and device configuration
*Providing Support for Windows, Active Directory and LAN
*Providing Support for Network, Electronic Security, and Audio-Visual faults
*Remote support by telephone / email / remote log-in to resolve faults within SLA's
