We are looking for experienced Telecoms/ VOIP support engineers to join an award winning company whose reputation is built on professionalism, industry expertise and dedication to customer service excellence.

The ideal candidate would have current experience working for a Telecommunications company providing support to a wide range of customers on the following technologies: PBX Telephony, VOIP, SIP, hosted solutions, networking / wifi, call management systems, call recording applications, and similar. We will consider candidates from an IT background if they have demonstrable experience with PBX / VOIP systems.

Technical Support Engineer
Salary: Up to £28,000 + £1800 Shift Allowance + Bonus + Company Benefits Package
Location: Sidcup

Responsibilities:
*Providing technical support in telephony (VOIP & PBX), networking and hosted solutions
*Advanced fault identification and management of ticketing system
*Providing guidance to our customers, understanding and collating their requirements
*SIP provisioning on Broadworks Platform
*Block remote access/outbound calls via voicemail ports
*Maintenance of Networking Equipment / Basic Firewall configuration
*Programming routers ready for our customers
*Installation and maintenance of Call Management & Recording Applications per customer contract and in line with requirements
*Working to tight timescales as part of a high-performing team
*Follow health and safety guidelines at all times and complete a Risk and method statement on all visits.
