We are recruiting for a Telecommunications and Network specialist based in the Gloucestershire area.If you are looking to progress your career in IT/ Networking and want to join a progressive, passionate, customer-service driven supplier who can offer you real prospects for the future then we want to hear from you. This is a full time, office based position, working standard office hours, Monday to Friday. The position will primarily involve managing a help desk and providing support to our national customer base. You will be dealing with high calibre clients and implementing first and second line support solutions

Technical Support Engineer
Location: Gloucestershire
Salary: Up to £30,000 plus attractive benfits package

Required Skills:
*Excellent telephone manner with a strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
*A sound working knowledge of Network Environments (ideally CCNA certified)
*Providing general IT Support as well as specialist Networking / Telephony (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless)
*The confidence to respond to and resolve technical requests quickly
*Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills
*Monitor and manage operational state of IT services
*Take an active role in supporting against systems maintenance, incidents and change management projects.
