We are currently representing a Market Disrupting ISP that is operating in rural towns and villages in South East to deliver Ultrafast broadband to homes & businesses . This is a growing business that is a market leader in and is looking to build their Technical Support Division with candidates that are experienced within FTTH/FTTP and have a high level of customer service.

The ideal candidate for this organisation will have a clear drive to join an ISP in the early stages and believe in the business, you will be hard working and motivated to ensure that the highest level of work is always completed.

Technical Support Advisor
Location: Southeast (Remote Working)
Salary: Up to £25k + Corporate Package

Responsibilities:
- Supporting customers with technical support for their broadband remotely
- Dealing with escalations and tickets for technical issues in a timely manner
- Responding to network monitoring alerts
- Working on solutions for more complex issues across the network
- Supporting management with configuration of wired and wireless equipment and services.
- Responding to any tickets via telephone, email, and other platforms
- Providing on call support out of hours (On occasion)
- General customer service and technical support

Experience / Qualifications:
- Level 3 qualification in IT / Networking (Desirable)
- IT Technical Support Experience (Essential)
- 2nd Line Technical Support (Desirable)
