The job holder will generally be professionally qualified particularly with NRSWA Supervisor certification and will probably possess some specialised knowledge/skills gained through on the job experience. The Job Holders performance will have a significant impact on the build programme.
Relevant experience within the Telecommunications arena, with proven track record of successful delivery of large scale Telecom Projects. Demonstrate the ability to talk the 'same language' as Utility operatives, councils as well as local management. Demonstrable experience of working with/for telecommunications operators or service partners. Extensive knowledge of Passive Infrastructure Access as a CP into BT Openreach's Duct and Pole network.
Rate: Up to £36,000 + Company Benefits
*Work with local councils and Highways Agencies to form working relationships
*Be NRSWA qualified and be able to enforce and educate the requirements on NRSWA to the wider team
*Have a real focus on the quality of our civils activity, driving for zero defects
*Work alongside specialist street works contractors including Traffic Management companies, ensuring that designs are correct and will offer both best value and best safety
*Be an H&S ambassador for the HSEQ department - be the eyes and ears on the ground
*Develop suppliers through working with them alongside the Direct reports to get the best from each
*Work alongside all our field teams from our Sub Contractors or our Direct teams helping them be the best
*Liaise and support our Streetworks Coordinator to ensure zero FPN's
