Job title: Stores Administrator/ Vehicle Logistics
Reporting to: Operations Administration Supervisor

General Requirements:
Note - This post will some require some physical work when accepting deliveries and preparing orders for despatch.

*To assist with daily operations of our stores for Installation and Service equipment goods in/goods out, electronically booking of goods to stock or jobs, keeping relevant paperwork filed correctly, delivering or collecting locally, maintaining stock levels of core items, vehicle management and general odd jobs around the office.

Responsibilities:

The Stores Administrator will be part of a team supporting the Operations and Service departments. The role requires a great deal of initiative and independent working.

Duties will include the following:

Stores.

*Receipt of deliveries, booking onto internal computer systems and physically stocking into correct locations.
*Management of security of stores.
*Management of stock and consumables items for Installation and Service stores, vehicle stock locations and liaising with other stores locations - Ireland & Scotland.
*Electronically booking of goods to stock or jobs using our bespoke business package.
*Keeping relevant paperwork filed correctly.
*Shipping Goods Out, packaging items for despatch, booking shipping / arranging couriers.
*Management of returns process for loan items, excess stock and faulty items goods for repair, and/or advance replacements.
*Stock rotation.
*Stock take, preparation for and assisting with periodic stock takes.
*Occasional delivering or collecting locally.



Purchasing.
*Maintaining stock levels of core items including consumable and high turnover items.
*Assist in Maintaining the stock/Inventory items on our purchasing system and database.

Company Vehicles
*Day to day vehicle management, e.g booking of services, arranging hire vehicles.
*Manage the servicing, MOT , Accident and Repairs of company vehicles in liaison with your manager and the Operations Administration team.
*Manage the tracker and Dashcam systems for the vehicles.
*Maintain databases to keep up to date documentation for the above and all drivers individually
