We are recruiting for a large utilities company who are looking for a Site Manager to oversee the onsite electrical work. This is a role that needs a candidate to quickly move, with a start date aiming for 17/08.

The ideal candidate will have experience of 132kv in the power/utilities space and be able to confidently manage on site.

Site Manager Utilities
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Company Car + Laptop + Mobile Phone + Corporate Package (Holidays/Pension)
Location: West London

Key Responsibilities:
*Qualified individuals may perform one or more of the following activities as part of their responsibilities (based on experience and qualifications):
*As needed, perform commercial, industrial or utility-scale electrical service and maintenance
*Work with high-voltage (greater than 132kV) equipment experience including circuit breakers, power transformers, gas insulated switchgear or similar power substation assets
*Participate in the installation, repair or maintenance of utility or heavy industry high-voltage power systems
*Work with electrical protection & control system diagnostics & testing for power substations & systems
*Play an active role in electrical projects or site management, with focus on high-voltage power substation projects for utilities, heavy industry or similar customers
*Use engineering or computer-aided design (CAD) software with power substations for utilities, heavy industry or similar customers

Experience/Skills Required:
*Must be a fully qualified Electrical Engineer/Electrician
*Demonstrable experience of managing teams
*Strong commercial awareness, with a good understanding of costs and KPIs
*Full 17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations
*Understanding/experience of LV/Commercial work
*A valid clean EU/UK driving license
*HV Knowledge/experience
*Relevant qualification in Health & Safety e.g. IOSH/NEBOSH
