We are recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to work at a high profile, corporate site based in Central London to manage all service operations and to provide technical expertise and leadership.
This role is for a global security integrator who deliver cutting edge security technologies for clients across EMEA, based out of their London HQ.
The main duties:
Advanced troubleshooting, installation and maintenance of enterprise level security systems
Managing the team of maintenance and service engineers
Mentor junior engineers and progress their development
Ensure H&S standards are adhered to
Organise and manage the PPM schedule
Manage regional vendors and LSPs across EMEA
Provide extremely high level of customer service
CCure Level 3, Victor Advanced & Genetec Enterprise
Strong understanding of IP and networking including routing, port forwarding and VPN structure
Experience managing a small team of engineers
Strong understanding of Access Control, CCTV and PSIMs.
