Main Duties include:
*Managing clients and subcontractor internal and external conflict/contractual disputes and negotiations.
*Managing projects through reporting and decision making regarding on site activities to enable the project team to achieve the best value and manage costs effectively.
*Achieving accurate costing for each aspect of site development by monitoring the margin and minimising the cost of a project and successfully enhancing value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.
*Organisationally focused on development, team building, project planning skills and having the drive & determination to make them happen.
*Contract negotiations and preparing subcontractor documentation to allow the appointments of subcontractors, meetings and subcontractor management together with ongoing liaison with subcontractors to resolve queries, approving sub- contractors claims for payments and settling subcontractors final accounts.
*Over 5 years' experience within Civil Engineering/Telecommunications
*Results orientated & quality focused, with excellent relationship management skills and strong networks within the sector.
*A background in both Law and Finance management combined with extensive experience of managing budget, revenue, P/L, WIP, forecasting costs within reports, preparing and submitting monthly evaluations including all supporting information for material on site.
*Back Office (Project Coordination/Noticing/Permits)

*Survey (GIS & Measured)
