A talented senior copywriter with a proven track record is needed as a part of a newly formed Content Marketing team. You will be an integral part of the business, working with key stakeholders across the organisation. As a senior copywriter you will demonstrate the ability to generate immaculate copy for every brief and write with a single, simple tone of voice thats consistent across all channels. A strong background in writing short form content and copy is required.
Comfortable and confident in your writing, in this role you will be a leading figure in a creative and marketing team. You will be expected to rise to any challenging brief with a keen eye for detail, and a drive to deliver the sharpest, most compelling copy.
You will help us achieve a new 'best in class' standard and you will actively contribute towards building a centre of excellence in content production, copy creation and proofreading. This role requires complete self-assurance, but you must be a team player - you must demonstrate the ability to deliver a clear message by collaborating across the business, as well as using initiative to seek out new trends and incorporate them into campaigns effectively.

*Collaborate with local, regional and global stakeholders to effectively communicate the content strategy
*Work closely with internal and external parties, Members, Customers and employees.
*Takes the initiative, but can also write to a tight brief when required
*Excellent communication skills - collaborates across the business departments for a consistent tone of message in all materials
*Mentor other copywriters, freelancers and/or executives if and when needed
*Not a "lone wolf" - must be a team player - build project groups and brainstorming teams for idea generation
*Able to write and craft exceptional copy - on a given subject - that is interesting, relevant and motivational for both customers (B2C) and Members (B2B)
*Have a proven background and provide a portfolio of experience demonstrating ideas and concepts
*Have proven experience in engaging high-quality copywriting and content development across a range of industries - for short, medium and long copy, content, headlines, article writing, advertorials and creative straplines
*Have proven experience in utilising SEO insights to drive content ideation and generation, and delivering copy for social media and digital platforms e.g. website
*Demonstrate excellent copywriting skills and a creative approach to SEO, Content and Social Media Marketing
*Understand the vision of the brand ability to research, identify and create appropriate materials that will appeal to both Customers and Members
*Possess strong Marketing knowledge, including experience in launching and tracking marketing initiatives and the ability to make solid strategic recommendations
*Demonstrate an exemplary command of English grammar, experienced in proofreading as well as developing copy for both Customers and the field i.e. Member training materials
*A storyteller by nature, must have the ability to be creative, engaging and write compelling copy
*Be persuasive, collaborative and engaging - demonstrate the ability to show a deep understanding of a creative brief for campaigns, product launches and all other brand activities
*Must have superior attention to detail and accuracy for spelling
*Must be extremely flexible, with experience in handling multiple projects with tight deadlines
*Possess a passion for words and the ability to communicate the essence of a story
*Demonstrate excellent communication skills, time management, project management and interpersonal skills
*Demonstrate strong work ethic. Be very solutions driven and results oriented
*Possess a positive 'can do' attitude - confident, team player
*Demonstrate ability to work on projects on their own but also share the vision to the wider marketing, product and content teams
*Must be experienced in completing extensive researches and conducting interviews - to find and create a compelling story
*FMCG, Health or Nutritional background would be an advantage
*A high level of skill using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential, and experience with MS Project and Adobe PS, ID would be advantageous.
*6 - 8+ years of copywriting experience, with digital experience essential
*Understanding of UI copy for digital transformation projects would be advantageous
*Senior experience in writing, editing and proofing copy for both print and digital marketing initiatives that deliver results
*Proven experience in managing copywriting and content from ideation, content creation and creative design direction, through to launch and post-launch analysis
*High level of project management experience involving leading cross-functional teams.
*Previous experience mentoring junior team members and/or freelancers would be advantageous
*Experience working in a health and/or nutritional business would be very advantageous. As would working in a pan European capacity.
*Educated to Diploma or Degree Level, ideally in Marketing and/or English.
*Other European language skills would be an advantage.
*Background in journalism, agency, Consumer or B2B brands will be welcomed.
