Job Description:
*Provide / Suggest Best Practices wrt industry level standards and provide a view proactively to client on "What's best in Class" and how client should proceed forward.
*Requirements extraction and gathering from client's business SMEs by conducting and driving business requirements workshops
*Documentation of Functional Design and acquire timely sign off from client
*Closely collaborate with client's Business and IT SMEs along with Infosys team to bridge any functional gaps on timely basis ensuring ZERO risk to timely and quality delivery
*Provide a clear view to client with "What is being implemented correctly" and "What are the areas of improvement" wrt implementation

Mandatory skills
*Requirement is for a Sr Business Analyst having strong CRM Communities background who has:
*Minimum 7-8 years of strong Business Analyst experience
*Should have strong hold on business knowledge on Communities incl Partner, Consumer and User Communities
*Should have the ability to drive the client business SMEs to extract the business requirements, given the situation where business SMEs may not be in a position to provide a detailed requirements documentation
*Should have the ability to drive the requirements workshops with business SMEs and document the Functional Design Documents
*Should be able to showcase the direction the client needs to take wrt CRM communities on "What is Best" and "What is Not"
*Should be in a position to analyze current CRM Communities landscape and propose client what is implemented incorrectly and what are the best practices
*Should have ability and maturity to work in Global Delivery model with the delivery team based out of Germany and ensure smooth handshake of functionalities required to be developed

Must Have:
*VERY Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills, Salesforce Sales Cloud certified

Nice to Have:
*Agro Business domain knowledge
