* Attend meetings with customers and project management team to determine customer system needs and provide recommendations.
* Work with the design and project management team to engineer systems.
* Test, program and troubleshoot access control and CCTV/video systems.
* Support the Application Engineering team in system design
* Install and commission complete systems (software and hardware).
* Work on pre-builds at HQ when required
* Troubleshoot network related issues.
* Train customers and technicians.
* Support & maintain system architecture based on customer standards
Candidates will have experience troubleshooting and commissioning Access Control & CCTV technologies to a high level. Certification on CCure 9000 Level 2 and Genetec will be highly desirable, although equivalent level system experience will be considered.
