The role will involve managing a team of 15 field and site based engineers and to ensure KPIs are delivered, contract SLAs are met, to carry out site audits and manage the day to day function of the team. In additon, the Service Manager will be required to manage the successful delviery of service contracts including revenue maximisation, profitability, contract delvbiery and client retention.
Candidates should have 5 years experience managing a team of security engineers in addition to technical knowledge of access control, CCTV, IDS and PSIMs. You will demonstrate strong commercila and contractual knowledge and be able to build and manage client relationships.
Salary is £40-50K plus bonus, car allowance and various benefits.
