Location: National coverage - work from home
Package: £35,000 basic plus 25 days annual leave, car, healthcare, medical cover.
My client is a top level, national security solutions provider who design, install and maintain intelligent CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Detection systems for clients within the retail, banking and commercial sectors, consistently voted one of the UKs top employers and have a strong reputation in the market. They are recruiting for a Project / Program Coordinator to manage a high volume system rollouts for a retail customers across the country.
Managing multiple sites at a time, low value projects, mainly small works and installs
Dealing with projects on a day to day basis managing customer expectations
Organising equipment to site & arranging labour
Provide weekly and monthly reports with regard to project updates whilst ensuring quality of work is maintained on site.
Able to liaise with the end client and evidence labor being booked in and scheduled on time
Carrying out site surveys
Experience in an Installation/Project/Program management or coordination role within Fire & Security
Understanding of Fire and Security installation processes
Good knowledge of Intruder, Access control and CCTV
Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
Excellent organsational skills in order to manage multiple projects at any time
Must be competent using Excel
