SalesForce Consultant - ZS Javelin™ Territory Designer
Location: Danbry, Connecticut
Rate: $70 per hour
Duration: 8 Months + Possible Extension
Start: ASAP

Project Description:
*This project will involve Genpact to create/refine territory alignments for each of the finalized roles and sales teams across three therapy areas. The goal is to design Alignment to ensure optimal deployment of resources against opportunity. Additionally, the project will also help customer design the Alignment for affiliated Health System or organized customer teams in parallel with other traditional teams.
*Once the Sales Force Size & Alignments are finalized, this project will help customer with identifying the right personnel. Matching of personnel will need to follow an objective process considering several business and legal concerns while adhering to customers HR policy.

Job Description :
*Expectations : Consultant will be part of Genpact team at client supporting business in territory sizing, alignment, and placement activities.
*Geography maps for HQ and each Area on finalized alignments * Zip-Terr / account to terr maps for sales teams * Sales Force Hierarchy file for sales teams * JTD (Javelin Territory Designer) environment for sales teams
*Preliminary and Final Placement Diagnostics * Final placed Reps & DMs - with current and future assignments * Final displaced Reps & DMs (if any) * Field mapping tools and definition for new territories to swap placed Reps & DMs

*Support business in Sales force alignment, sizing and rep placement activities through hands on analysis
*Gather and document reporting requirements
*Work with business teams such as Home office, Brand teams, Sales and Marketing analysts to define business rules, define metrics
*Perform data analysis. Build reports, dashboards for business users using visualization tools
*Perform ad-hoc analysis to address business questions. Maintain and enhance standard reports delivered to business
*Collaborate with Genpact onsite and offshore team to oversee project work
*Communicate with client on delivery - status updates, participate in business meetings

Requisite Skills:
*4+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical sales force planning and effectiveness
*Hands on experience in Sales force alignment, sizing and rep placement
*Good knowledge on alignments, Zip to terr, account to terr maps, sales force hierarchy
*Experience with IMS or Symphony data (e.g. Xponent, PlanTrak, DDD), Formulary data
*Experience in SAS (or R), SQL, Excel
*Familiar with pharmaceutical commercial business and health systems- Sales, Marketing, Managed Markets/Payer, customers, affiliations
*Responsive, proactive communicator. Good written and verbal communication skills

Good to Have:
*Experience working with Javelin tool (Javelin Territory Designer)
*Python programming skills
*Prior experience in leading teams to deliver projects
*Experience working with various client teams such as Sales, Marketing leads, Brand team, Market access team
*Prior experience working on onsite-offshore model
