Location: Oxford + Possible Travel
Salary: £35,000/£40,000 + Commission Structure (£100K OTE) + Company Car + 24 days holiday + pension + benefits

Summary:
Experienced Sales Manager to focus on selling telecoms and Wi-Fi solutions to the UK SME and Medium sized Enterprise. The post holder will manage and mould the current Enterprise Sales Team to deliver the best quality new business and effectively manage existing relationships.

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager, focusing on telecoms and Wi-Fi solutions (selling more than the box) to the UK SME and Medium sized enterprise:
*Hosted PABX
*WIFI
*On premise PABX
*Connectivity
*Professional Services

Duties and Responsibilities:
*Meet and surpass sales targets
*Identify, develop and close key sales opportunities with new customers
*Build and maintain C-level executive relationships across all customers
*Sales management of pipeline opportunities, account planning and CRM for key customers
*Develop, mentor and coach sales individuals including performance management within team
*Introduce and develop inside sales/telesales teams to the business
*Work with Marketing to develop sales and engagement strategies
*Active contribution and participation within the Senior Management Team forums
*Manage and coordinate key activities between the business and the customer
*Promote the full range of solutions to defined customers
*Produce and deliver formal business proposals
*Create and present customer proposals and quotations where applicable
*Lead, monitor and manage all the new customers related business delivered successfully

Person Specification:
*Proven sales track record (minimum 5 years working within the reseller community)
*Excellent understanding of unified communications
*Ability to manage a team with previous experience
*Proven ability to develop and close business opportunities
*Ability to articulate clear and concise written solution proposals
