Your Future: Following an MBO and further acquisitions this rapidly expanding UC and Telco provider are looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to help achieve their strategic plan to double turnover in 2 years. This is a change to secure equity in a business led by a CEO with a track record of successfully scaling up SME's and exiting.
The Role: The Sales Executive will be selling a range of UC, Connectivity, Mobile and Business Telephony solutions into the SME, Corporate, Enterprise and Public Sector Market. Supported by targeted marketing campaigns you will develop new from new and new from existing business. With an armoury of a continually developing and growing product offering you can offer an end-to-end solution to your clients and cross sell further down the line.
The Company: After a MBO last year this business has made acquisitions across the UK to gain a national presence. They have increased their sales team from 2 to 7 in the past 12 months and must grow it further to achieve their goal of doubling turnover in 24 months. The CEO wants their top salespeople to earn more than the board of directors and gain equity in the business. Get involved now as the Sales Executive to get on board.
You: For this Sales Executive role we need people with:
*A hunter attitude
*Experience of managing multi-level decision makers and complex sales cycles
*Experience of selling any telco related or business service-related solution
*A structed approach to selling with a problem-solving attitude
*The ability to work remotely
*A focus on targets and what KPI's you need to smash to hit your end number

The location for the Sales Executive is flexible across the UK and is working from home. You will cover a geographical area suited toy our location. Until the ease of Covid and lockdown you will be attending virtual meetings with clients.
