The Role: Reporting directly to the board, the Sales Director will play an integral part in this planned growth. You will be leading the sales strategy, developing the sales team and growing out the division as the company expands. You will manage a team of around 10 sales executives who are all new business focused. They earn c £100k and are high performers.

They operate within the Business Communication sector offering a total ICT, UC and Telcos solution. They are helping businesses survive during the pandemic by allowing staff to seamlessly work remotely with little to no down time by delivering a fully managed IT and Communication solution. Your Background: The Sales Director is a senior role. The company are seeking candidates with:
  • Sales leadership experience within a new business environment
  • Sales leadership experience within a Telco/UC or SaaS business
  • Previous experience scaling up teams
  • Previous experience developing strategy for growth within the SME and Corporate sector
  • Target and KPI driven

This Sales Director role is remote working with access to the head office in the Midlands once or twice a week when up and running.
