We are recruiting for an ISP who have received major funding to build their own core network and provide ultrafast customer connections to underserved cities in the South East. This is an opportunity to join a company that earmarked to challenge the status quo in the fibre optic broadband market and deliver one million homes available for their broadband network by 2025.

The ideal candidate will have a blend of sales management and operation management and be able to deliver consistent uptake of their broadband whilst ensuring the scaling up operations delivery an equally strong customer services. This would suit someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to take on a big challenge with big rewards.

Sales Manager
Location: South-East England
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Commission Structure + Company Benefits Package

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist in commercial management of the business to deliver strong growth for stakeholders
* Meet and surpass sales targets through managing a small sales team (telesales, leafletting, manning stands and door knocking)
* Identify, develop and close key sales opportunities with new customers
* Develop, mentor and coach sales individuals including performance management within team
* Introduce and develop inside sales/telesales efficiencies to the business
* Work with Marketing to develop sales and engagement strategies
* Active contribution and participation within the Senior Management Team forums
* Manage and coordinate key activities between the business and the customer ensuring fantastic customer delivery
* Lead, monitor and manage all new sales initiatives to show successes
* Act as an ad-hoc operations manager where required (the primary operations manager is based abroad)
