Are you an ambitious technology driven sales professional looking to join a company that can offer you a fantastic product to sell, a team focused environment and an opportunity to catapult your career. This is a global company (15,000 people) with an expanding UK division (100 people) where the potential for growth is massive. We are looking for a Channel Growth Manager / Regional Account Manager to take over a retail channel for their mobile phone insurance product. The ideal candidate will have a technology or telecoms background. Leading from the front you will be training and coaching staff, implementing new ideas and essentially driving the uptake rate of customers when purchasing insurance for their mobile phones by working with the front line sales people.

Salary: Up to £40,000 + Company Vehicle / Allowance + Quarterly Bonus + Excellent Company Benefits (25 days holiday, pension, healthcare, etc)
Location: Midlands (extensive travel through region, occasional travel to London)

Responsibilities:
*Influence from Senior Management level down to front-line staff to improve in channel delivery
*Identify 'Champions' in channel to feed into plans for local and / or central champions programme. Unite a bottom-up / top-down activity to drive best results in channel
*Own channel targets for his/her channel and be proactive in advising the Client Services teams of barriers to success
*Interpret channel performance reports to identify and maximise the opportunity for in-channel growth
*Brief Client Strategy on specific training requirements and support on the development of training modules to address each need identified
*Work collaboratively with the Channel Growth team to mystery shop other regions and share key learnings to drive One Team success
*Develop and build productive, fruitful business relationships with key channel stakeholders at all key levels
*Seek out opportunities to leverage channel events e.g. Management meetings, conferences and wider promotional campaigns
*Be effective in diary management to minimise administration activity and maximise time spend in channel and building stakeholder relationships
*Understand, communicate and drive best delivered performance standards across the key KPI
*Feedback all frontline issues to the relevant internal teams and help implement resolutions / preventative measures
*Collect information on competitor products and product marketing in channel to capture valuable insight on sales effectiveness
*Work with Channel management to run 'under-performers' sessions and encourage effective top down messaging across targeted regional areas (supporting central initiatives)
