We're hiring a self-motivated Project Manager with at least 1 years' Project Management experience. This is a great opportunity for a Junior Project Manager who is keen to develop their skills and knowledge of Project Management. The working environment is fast paced so an ideal candidate must be able to boast of excellent time management skills. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. The Project Manager will be the first point of contact for their clients and will need to coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible. We are looking for a creative, innovative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture. The job requires someone that excels in communication and has excellent attention to detail.

The role is a full-time position on a temporary to permeant basis, Monday - Friday - 9am - 5:30pm with 1-hour lunch.

Project Manager/Project Coordinator
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £28,000 + Mobile Phone + Mobile Laptop + Annual Bonus + Benefits (29 days holiday/Pension)

Activities/ Tasks
*To liaise directly with clients to discuss project briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
*Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
*See projects through end-to-end whilst keeping the client updated throughout
*Ability to work within a team and outside of them in order to complete their project
*Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
*Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
*Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
*Use and continually develop leadership skills
*Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
*Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
*Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Skills
*Proven working experience of at least 1 year in project management
*Project Management Qualification (e.g Prince2)
*Must be fully competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel and other Office 356 apps
*Excellent time management
*Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
*Must be able to work innovatively, within a team and on their own.
*Must have the ability to solve problems but equally escalate to management when required.
*Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills
*Experience using Sage Accounts
*Awareness of network installations and health & safety
*Previous experience working on Projects for Retailers/Network Rail
